Bone marrow transplant (BMT) is the most effective treatment for Thalassemia. TSPC in collaboration with Bajaj Finserv & Jupiter hospital is leading to help our Thalassemia Major patients. Bajaj Finserv has funded Rs.10 lacs per patient for a total 10 patients for the year ending March 25. TSPC has completed 7 successful BMT’s at Jupiter Hospital from January 2024. BMTs are spearheaded by our specialists Dr. Sweta Lunkad and Dr. Liza Bulsara. Our goal for April 25-March26 is to complete 18 BMTs.
